COMPANY

Gene Rice and Jeff Cohen began working in the search industry in 1989 as part of a worldwide search and staffing organization that included over 700 locations. During this time their office was recognized as the “Office of the Year” for an impressive seven consecutive years. As their knowledge, experience and success grew they began taking on more senior and executive level projects, eventually breaking away to establish Rice Cohen International as an independently owned and operated search firm. The firm was soon recognized as one of the 30 largest and fastest growing search firms in North America. Rice Cohen International is the leader in providing executive search and human resource solutions placing top talent with industry leading companies.

Eager to share their success with others, Gene and Jeff created Rice Cohen Training which grew to become the largest training and consulting company specializing in training to the recruiting industry. Their dynamic and innovative training seminars earned them recognition as “Two of the most influential people in the history of the staffing industry”, by Recruiter.com. Over the next few years Gene and Jeff traveled worldwide delivering multi-day training workshops and keynote speeches at leading industry events including national conventions for ASA, Top Echelon and NAPS.

Although enjoying the experience of giving back to the search industry, Gene and Jeff missed the “hands-on” recruiting piece so when an opportunity came in early 2003 to buy back Rice Cohen International they took advantage and saw success once again. Together they grew the business over 500% in the first year.

Based in Yardley, Pennsylvania, Rice Cohen International provides executive search and consulting services to a premier list of global clients across multiple verticals.
